Armand D. Thruston, Esq., Principal, is a native of Southern California.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law in 1991.  Prior to engaging in the art of eviction defense and tenant representation, Mr. Thruston served as in-house counsel to the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) of Newport Beach, California, where he learned the landlord side of landlord-tenant law.  He subsequently augmented his litigation experience as an associate attorney with one of California's largest insurance defense firms.  Mr. Thruston also created and managed the Legal Department for Maclen & Associates, Inc., of Murrieta, California.  Mr. Thruston has passed both the California and New Mexico bar exams and is licensed to practice in both the Federal and State Courts of California.  His primary eviction defense practice is in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, but he accepts occasional cases from other counties.
